I'm a civil litigator. I handle trials, complex and critical motions, and appellate matters.I represent banks, trustees, and fiduciaries in real estate and commercial litigation. I also represent lenders and mortgage servicers in consumer financial services litigation, including disputes under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and state consumer protection and fraud statutes.
