I’m an attorney at Much, where I chair the firm’s real estate group and help clients achieve business goals by maximizing the value of their real estate assets. I advise purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other parties on all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, investment, financing, and operations. I’ve represented clients on numerous projects involving office buildings, student housing, multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and industrial parks. I also provide counsel on a broad range of day-to-day business matters and strategic corporate operations.Clients call on me for advice on acquisitions and dispositions of all types of real property assets, including purchases, sales, financings, and multistate transactions. I help individuals and companies establish real estate ownership structures and regularly draft partnership and shareholder agreements relating to multifaceted joint ventures. I also have significant experience in the preparation and review of closing, escrow, and title documents.In addition to my focus on real estate matters, I have experience delivering a broad range of business and corporate advice, from the formation of new business entities to the structuring of complex international transactions. I have the transactional and legal knowledge to craft agreements necessary to operate a successful and well-protected business.
