I represent private equity funds and independent sponsors with respect to platform and add-on acquisitions and portfolio company matters, such as assisting with day-to-day legal issues. I also frequently represent entrepreneurial business owners who are selling their companies or raising capital.I founded Much's Add-On Acquisitions practice because I recognized that private equity firms were looking for a smarter, more efficient way to handle their add-on acquisitions. My practical approach combined with my deep experience leads to my ability to get deals closed, while mitigating risk for clients. My work spans add-on acquisitions ranging from $1 million to over $100 million.In addition to my transactional practice, I act as outside general counsel to many privately held businesses. I have extensive experience counseling business owners regarding general corporate and business law issues, while also acting as a strategic advisor. I routinely handle contract drafting and review, startup and formation issues, and corporate structuring and governance matters.
