I draw on more than 20 years of business law experience to represent my clients in a variety of corporate matters, from mergers and acquisitions to private equity transactions to business counseling. As the head of Much's Private Equity and Add-On Acquisitions practices, I represent private equity funds and independent sponsors as well as entrepreneurial business owners.I am a member of Much's Management Committee and serve as the co-chair of our Summer Associate Program. Much provides legal services in diverse areas, including business and finance, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, intellectual property, health care and labor law.I regularly write articles on legal issues in the corporate and private equity areas, and my work and commentary is often featured in publications such as Axial, Business News Daily and Law360.
