With my extensive experience and years working at Doubletree by Hilton Coventry, I hold the position of Food and Beverage assistant Manager. With this I oversee a team of around 40 staff members ranging anything from our Larder restaurant, bar and our operations team. I currently also help run our conference and events team with me managing and running a wide range of events from corporate to banqueting, with this varying from 1 to 600 people.
