• Scope of Work:
• Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s internal systems and customer purchase orders using KIWI system.
• Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
• Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Handle all Oman customers and prepares export declaration invoices, packing list and other relevant documentations for export matters.
• Handle orders for Nestle, P&G, Abu Dhabi Farmers, ADVOC, Al Anwar Ceramic, etc.

Scope of Work:* Answer calls for booking and tracking of the shipments and study their needs andcome up with solutions that meet them.

• Scope of Work:
• Ensured proper itemization of charges and services.
• Responsible in sending itemized bill, Medical Reports and offer letter to respective Insurance Carrier and Defense Attorney.
• Understanding the medical history of the clients and update cases to defendant, provider or applicants for all notices, hearing conferences and disposition as well as medical report.
• Review the merit of California Worker’s Compensation cases if it is worth it to proceed at the hearing.
• By Calling Adjusters from different insurance companies (Travelers, State Comp. Ins. Fund, State Farm, etc.) and defense attorneys for possible lien/debt settlement.
