I am an aspiring commercial real estate associate seeking to synthesize local stakeholders to locate, develop, activate, and maintain real estate projects that improve the lives of all Angelinos. Knowledgeable of the submarkets and new products across Los Angeles and the neighboring cities, I have experience in developing market and feasibility reports of potential projects. I seek to improve the involvement of all local stakeholders and their efforts in achieving obtainable solutions to the real estate challenges Los Angeles faces. Deeply passionate about urban development, I seek to support products lying near public transportation, and commercial hubs to reduce traffic times and ultimately improve the quality of life of residents. In my current role, I support Genesis LA’s impact reporting to its stakeholders, complete grant writing, and manage Genesis LA’s social media presence. I have a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Riverside. Currently an alumnus of the Urban Land Institute/Project Real Estate Associate Program and UCLA’s Writing Program. I am a rising scholar for USC’s Ross Minority Program for the Summer of 2022. Prior to entering the field of commercial real estate, I was involved in numerous career experiences including middle-market M&A investment banking, developing a business’ social media presence, and college recruiting. In addition, I have volunteered to help local K-12 students with college enrollment, career, and college readiness, and activating donor relations at various higher education institutions.
