I have always had a passion for Realestate and helping people find that special slice of paradise where they can make their dreams come true. Whether that is to cultivate the perfect garden once retired, finding the perfect family abode, or to build an empire on for future generations.Since relocating from Auckland to Kerikeri in late 2018, I saw the boom happening in the area and decided to take on the challenge to work towards my Realestate Salesperson Certificate. I pride myself in building and maintaining valuable working relationships and feel I have the drive to work with a strong team as well as independently. I am focused and an excellent and professional communicator with a strong interest in effective resource management while making sure customer service is kept in focus.I have worked in a wide variety of industries which has exposed me to multiple organisations, giving me the opportunity to learn how different businesses function and operate. These different experiences have given me many different transferrable skills giving me an edge to any position I undertake. My strengths are in time management and self motivation, team leadership, excellent organisation skills and effective communication skills. I have worked in the Retail, Hospitality, Legal, Transport and Logistics and Food & Beverage industries in various different positions.In 2010 I started my own Labour Hire Business which involved building a client base from the ground up including B2B sales, Financial management and planning including tax, payroll, ACC etc, staff recruitment and management, Process and policy development and implementation and above all excellent communication skills with key stakeholders. In three years, I reached my goals of turning over $500k and built and maintained a wide client base.In my spare time, I build and manage websites from scratch for a select few clients. I have always enjoyed coding and learning about IT and software development.
