I lead the Business Services team at Snap Internet through some incredibly interesting times.We had natural disasters with the Christchurch earthquakes - but as a team we kept the doors open and supported our clients and the community throughout the chaos.We grew the team from my small group of three to a team of 12+ within 2 years - 4x growth of my team.We increased the revenue of our department by about 10x over that same period...and with 4x increase in head count the profitability increased.We went from only commodity services to deliver full professional services to larger enterprise.My time leading the team was full of pain, growth and tremendous fun and friendship.
