In charge of migrating a legacy platform into modern technologies. The company struggled with performance and maintainability issues due to a poorly developed code base. I’ve audited the existing system, evaluating and documenting the problems and proposing a new architecture to be implemented from the ground up.As part of my involvement in the company, I’ve also established guidelines and processes for the development team. I’ve helped the infrastructure team move from on-prem to cloud hosting and guided the configuration of the different environments and pipelines required to automate deployments.
