Manage Raiser’s Edge donor database for accuracy, reliability and data integrity through timely gift, pledge, and stock transfer processing, regular donor database maintenance projects, and standard and custom reporting. Coordinate financial reconciliation processes between the Development and Finance departments through creating and implementing systems for restricted funds, tying-out stock proceeds, and preparing gains and losses spreadsheets. Process all in-kind gifts, corporate matching gifts and honor-memorial gifts. Develop templates for gift acknowledgement correspondence and acknowledge all gifts.

• Manage Ticketing System Data and Processes: System Administration and Event Building • Update and maintain ticketing and online databases: Report Running and Data Backup• Daily office management and training of part-time employees and system end-users.• Maintenance and Support of Ticket Services phone system communications and computer hardware and software.

Supervising Box Office staff and operations during on and off site live performances.Maintenance of seating charts, event information, performance reports and Box Office statements.Supervising Ticket Services part-time staff and contributing to performance reviews and progress reports.

Assist patrons with ticket sales and provide professional customer service both in person and over the phone.Trained and assisted WAMSO volunteers in data-entry and ticketing related procedures.
