As a Help Desk Agent the basis of my job duties were call center related. I received calls from not only our client but the client' external clients, as well. I provided support with remote computing, browser issues preventing log in and support of FTP transmissions. This was done in addition to support of three separate group mail groups, as well, as my personal email.

I was responsible for being the main point of contact between Carriers and the Sales Department after regular business hours. I was able to facilitate the completion of various activities within the Carrier Services department. This included process inbound requests, via the phone as well as electronic communication with a focus on issue resolution, customer satisfaction and relationship development. In addition, I proactively resolved customer issues as they relate to distribution, collection and verification of TQL’s requirements, location reporting, call monitoring, staffing assistance.

I conferred with debtors or representatives by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with client. This included calculation of payment arrangements and negotiates settlements which may require client approval. Also, reviewed documents information about financial status of debtors and status of collection efforts. Performed data entry to update notes on account. Prepared miscellaneous correspondence and reports. I contacted clients, debtors, debtors' representatives, attorneys, and courts to provide status updates and request and/or supply additional information and documentation. I then searched internet, public records, city and telephone directories, credit bureau reports, and contacts employer and post office to locate debtor and/or debtor assets.I prepared and forwarded files for further legal action, ensuring all required procedures and paperwork are accurate, complete, and in accordance with applicable state laws.I received judgments, researches methods to accomplish execution, and forwards to appropriate parties for processing. Then I monitored files to ensure complete service of documents; locates additional addresses to complete service as necessary. Finally, I followed-up on post judgment executions to ensure all available options are utilized to achieve payment of debt.
