With over 25 years of invaluable experience in school leadership, I am currently the Director of Education Secondary and Post 16 at Magna Learning Partnership, a multi-academy trust that aims to provide high-quality education for all learners. In this role, I oversee the strategic direction, performance, and improvement of three secondary schools and one sixth form college, ensuring alignment with the trust's vision and values.Throughout my career, I have held prominent positions in secondary schools including headship in two schools, demonstrating a consistent commitment to fostering positive change and driving educational excellence.
