Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative and impactful technology solutions to Accenture's clients. He is currently the Product Line Engineering Lead for Accenture's Customer Engagement products, which leverage hybrid of Generative AI and "traditional" AI technologies to transform customer experience.As the Engineering leader, he is responsible for the overall architecture, design, development, and quality of the products, as well as leading and growing agile and high-performance teams. He also has a track record of starting and scaling new software teams and creating product and platform architectures that can support multiple clients from a single code base. He is passionate about applying the latest advances in AI and software engineering to solve real-world business problems and create value for Accenture and its customers.
