I am a reliable, motivated and conscientious person who is dedicated to thriving in whatever I do. I have many years experience in customer service oriented roles. I am currently employed as a Customer Technical Support Associate with Lightfoot. I work well as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels, however I am also happy to work on my own as the need arises. I have great computer-based experience and I use a variety of software on a daily basis, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Additionally, I am very experienced on the telephone using it throughout my career.I have achieved a variety of accomplishments for different sports including football and swimming. I successfully climbed all 3 of Britain's highest peaks, including proposing to my wife at the summit of Ben Nevis. I built a small wedding photography business from the ground up which I am able to shape around my main career commitments. I enjoy football, rock-climbing, surfing, swimming and hiking. My wife, our little ones and I enjoy holidays and spend time walking, visiting the cinema and going for bike rides.
