• Prepares comprehensive industry reports covering residential, office, industrial, retail, and hotel sectors, as well as related industries like cold storage, data centers, BPO, and POGO.• Delivers a 2- to 4-year revenue forecasts for each sector within the real estate industry, substantiated by thorough analysis of primary and secondary data.• Aids bank credit officers with real estate inquiries.• Offers current real estate news and market insights to internal stakeholders.• Actively contributes to internal training sessions and seminars by sharing insights about the real estatesector and advocating for environmentally sustainable buildings.• Creates detailed reports on the bank's real estate portfolio, expanding its existing exposure, projectedloan growth, recommended geographical focus, risk evaluations, and well-justified recommendations. These reports are prepared for presentation and subsequent approval by the credit committee.

• Engage in client representation, assisting buyers, sellers, lessors, and lessees in acquiring various property types such as raw land, office and commercial spaces, residential units (houses, condos), warehouses, and industrial lots.• Oversee real estate properties through exclusive agency, ensuring timely updates on marketing progress, due diligence outcomes, and client input.• Support the development and refinement of sales and lease documents (e.g., LOI, earnest money agreement, contract to sell, lease contract, deed of absolute sale).• Contribute to meticulous due diligence efforts involving site visits, property validation, and consistent liaison with relevant government bodies.

• Conducts research through property market surveys/client reports and the production of such survey/client reports. This includes analysis and collection of field research data, and preparation of draft text for reports, as required by clients.• Diligently maintains an up-to-date database encompassing industrial and strata office sectors within key locales of Metro Manila and adjacent provinces. Furthermore, actively contributes to the continuous refinement of the office leasing database.• Initiates fresh opportunities via proactive cold calls, thorough scouting efforts, and orchestrating preliminary meetings to introduce potential clients to our offerings.• Skillfully prepares and disseminates a range of compelling marketing collateral, including onlinebrochures, advertising posts, and investment memoranda, effectively engaging external stakeholders.
