Started my management career in the rock climbing industry, managing multiple climbing gyms as I graduated from ASU with a degree in Operations Management. Once I graduated, I secured a shift supervisor position with iFly Indoor Skydiving, and spent the next 7 years working up to General Manager of the San Diego location. My year in San Diego saw 20% YOY growth, including a 15% increase in military business for the entire company. Took my location from bottom 5 performers, to top 10 performers out of the 35 locations. I achieved this by putting my people first and creating a work environment that fostered and cultivated motivated employees, resulting in increased performance. I was also honored to work hand in hand with our military in order to secure government training contracts, bringing in 75% of the military business for the entire company.
