As CEO of Cathedral Music Trust, I lead a team and community dedicated to transforming lives through music. Our team's objectives are to support excellence, broaden participation and increase the long-term sustainability of the cathedral music sector. With a career dedicated to the arts sector, my leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to cultural advocacy. I always strive to extend the reach of music and performing arts, fostering connections between artists, organisations, and audiences.My expertise in strategic partnerships, impact and cultural governance, honed over two decades in cultural organisations in the UK and USA, underpins my approach to multi-stakeholder engagement and large-scale project management. My honorary Fellowship at Queen Mary University of London helps provide further support for the sector, advocating for the place of culture within wider society and bringing sector-specific knowledge to research and academic practice.Further governance experience comes from my role as Vice-Chair for the National Children's Orchestra as well as previously sitting on school and church governing bodies in London and Bristol.
