As we enter our second decade we also transition from a new customer conquest orientation to challenging ourselves to deliver exceptional client relationships aligned to our modern luxury brand. Data is at the heart of this strategy in order to derive insight into our key clients globally, Private Office is therefore helping to shape our 5 year Customer Data strategy and Digital Transformation roadmap alongside the marketing team. Ultimately we aim to make a step change in the quality of our relationships with our very best clients directly influencing their experience to deliver exceptional service.Alongside these remits, since Q3 2020 until Q2 2022 the majority of role has been dedicated to taking Product leadership for the the incredible McLaren Elva speedster.
