My core responsibilities include:Operational Leadership: Overseeing dedicated lane services for a select group of valued customers, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across all routes.Expansion and Development: Identifying and acquiring strategic properties around our warehousing facilities to expand rental offerings and create additional revenue streams.Supply Chain Optimization: Managing cross-docking and warehousing solutions to maximize efficiency in freight handling, reducing turnaround times and increasing customer satisfaction.Customer Relations: Building strong, lasting partnerships with our clients by tailoring our logistics services to meet their unique requirements.Team Leadership: Guiding a dynamic team of logistics and operations professionals, cultivating a work environment focused on safety, innovation, and excellence.In this role, my mission is to continuously enhance G2H Dedicated’s value to our customers, ensure streamlined logistics processes, and strategically expand our property investments to support our operational growth.
