This allows instant access to self-service data reporting. Examples such as IP address look up against policy information and vendor payables searching with multiple variable points.• Directly responsible for all SIU tools new install and upgrades. This entails detailed writing of Business Requirements Documents for deployments, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. • Design and write all SQL queries for the SIU analytics Department and on demand ad hoc management reports• Responsible for i2 IBM iBase and Intellishare network analytics tools setup and ongoing maintenance• Ongoing Software upgrades and maintenance of ISO Netmap for Claims • Support SIU investigators and analysts with claims investigations, training, and technical support
