•Practice safe work habits and complywith all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures,programs and regulations•Promptly enter sales orders in Sytlineor other compatible software• Perform same day source planning on hookup and/or additional customer requirements•Ensure the accuracy of open sales orders(commercial and technical), published customer discounts or net pricingand that orders do not contain obsolete or invalid part numbers andcustomer requirements•Prepare daily reports and monitor datesin accordance to actual customer requirements using the most recentinformation available•Establish strategic relationships withnew and existing customers. Provide reports on sales activity,sales forecasts and other quantifiable sales objective measurements tomanagement•Seek and identify substitutions forquoted equipment that is not on hand/inventory. Utilize excessor slow moving inventory within standard operating procedures•Effectively manage and utilize customerproperty within customer requirements•Communicate changes and/or cancellationsto customer requirements and delivery issues to supply chain andSupervisor•Maintain rig board to allow visibilityof current customer requirements by active rig, equipment type, state ofpreparedness and expected ship date•Proactively pursue compensation forexpediting charges incurred through sales prior to manufacturing orshipping•Participate in regularly scheduledmeetings•Ensure and secure adequate and properback-up parts and equipment on service jobs and communicate accurateinformation to the Service Department•Provide input and assistance to otherfunctional areas in order to improve processes and customer satisfactionlevels

Primary Responsibilities•The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers•Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s)•Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments•Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned•Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily•Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system•Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by GM\•Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed•Other tasks as assigned by management•Safely operates company vehicle•Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle•Maintain updated customer information

Aviation supply specialists are required to perform those aviation unique functions necessary to provide logistical support to aviation activities. Their prime objective is to satisfy valid customer requirements. They perform all functions related to providing aviation peculiar supply support, to include financial management, inventory management, material management, facilities and storage management, personnel staffing, and requisiticning procedures. Duties include validation of customer requirements, processing requisitions, submitting requisitions, initiating appropriate follow-up actions, and processing and delivering material in accordance with all government regulations and procedures. In addition, aviation supply specialists have an understanding of acquisition procedures, provisioning and requirements determination, material handling procedures, and fiscal accounting and purchasing procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
