Having been released from Cambridge United as a young footballer, I shifted my focus to business. In 1999, at the age of 18, I became the first-ever Premier Education franchisee (the UK’s largest provider of primary school education, working in 2,500+ schools weekly). Today, I lead a team of 50 dedicated staff, educating over 10,000 children each week. In addition to this role, I've had the privilege of recruiting and training over 85 small business owners within the network.Currently, I channel my expertise into Alchemy Hub, where my team and I provide guidance, mentorship, and resources to aspiring business owners. Throughout my career, standing in the entrepreneurial arena every day, I have pretty much made every mistake possible and now I share these lessons with the people I work with.Since 2009, I've cultivated an extensive and hands-off property portfolio and in 2011, I founded and successfully sold one of Lincolnshire's most successful letting agencies.
