-Design controls and data systems oriented to composites manufacturing-Develop and implement design and process improvements to reduce raw material usage and improve cycle times overall reducing manufacturing costs-Manage and mentor controls engineers across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure consistency and quality of products-Collaborate with internal and external customers to continuously improve processes and advance the technology-Transition equipment and design improvements from development (low MRL/TRL) to high volume production-Create process documentation such as engineering MEMO and equipment setup schematics for use on the production floor using Microsoft software tools (MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel)-Lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and problem-solving activities using analysis tools such as 8D, DMAIC, statistical analysis (Minitab), etc.
