I have served as a liaison between officers and enlisted soldiers. I have put teams and working groups together for missions during disaster relief missions. Knowing my fellow enlisted soldiers strengths and knowing the needs of my superior officers is what has gained the trust of my superiors and the ability to be a leader within my company. When my superiors present a mission to me that needs to be accomplished, I select the men most suitable to get the mission accomplished with excellence. I have been assigned to be the designated radio and communications specialist on several missions and I have also been trained as an engineer and a carpenter in the Louisiana National Guard.

Working at Top Golf imprinted in me the importance of creating an atmosphere of memorable moments for guests and sharpened my experience in Hospitality. While I began as a bayhost, I was promoted to team lead and ultimately became an event ambassador. As a team lead I had the responsibility of designating my members to appropriate tasks and ensuring that they complete them with excellence. If guests ever had any complaints it was my responsibility to made sure that the problem was solved and their needs were met. As an event ambassador, my responsibilities included catering to the needs of hundreds of guests and made sure their experience was memorable and excellent. It was also my responsibility to set up event catering and event spaces.

The Watermark Autograph Hotel gave me the opportunity to serve and host A list celebrities with excellence and confidentiality. I learned the importance of hospitality in my time at The Watermark. I was trained as a bartender, in-room dining host, and an event lead during my time there.
