I have more than 15 years of legal experience (both in private practice and as in-house counsel), focusing on corporate and commercial law. I also handled China business matters especially when I was stationed in China as the legal counsel of a joint venture company. For about 10 years or so, I was the senior associate / partner of a niche Hong Kong law firm (with about 7 lawyers and a PRC legal consultant in the Shanghai Representative Office), handling all issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, transactional and commercial documentation eg share sale and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, legal due diligence reports, loan agreements etc.. I started to work as Legal Counsel at a media and technology group in January 2019, preparing various types of agreements (including IT related contracts), handling data privacy as well as IP (copyright and trademark) related matters and left in January 2022. I joined a leading network and digital integrator in January 2022.
