After my success at the Princeton Review, I was recruited to lead Operations, Marketing, Sales, Staffing, Budgets, and other responsibilities at C2’s Katy facility. In this capacity, I led a team of 7 to support both parents and students. My responsibilities included developing and executing strategies to reach and convert qualified prospects into new customers. This meant rolling out targeted print and social media advertising to educate students and parents about program benefits and utilizing prior student testimonials.As a result of these efforts, I dove profitable revenue growth and generated $40K in new sales within the first month.By partnering with educational funding services to help parents finance the program, I was able to continue to grow revenue for C2’s $5K tutoring program. Also notable, I decreased contract default rate 45% and increased close rate 25% after rolling out financing for new the customers.

In 2006, I was hired to develop the marketing strategy to target, attract, and convert new customers in the Asian demographic group. While serving in this role, I developed revenue growth strategies and executed marketing plans to sell Princeton Review’s college prep courses to new students. Additionally, I led daily operations for the Outreach & Marketing department.After only 1 year, I increased revenue $1M by partnering with other foreign offices and test prep centers to create an exchange student program. This involved establishing strategic partnerships with universities and managing the high school “College Roadmap” seminars to educate students and parents about the college prep products.
