• Ensure to provide superb customer service and troubleshooting of issues customers may have from the beginning of order placement till invoicing of the order. • Utilize the Customer Xpress portal to accurately place orders in the system. Also create accounts for customers and train them in how to enter orders in the portal as well. • Making sure the customer master of the accounts are up to date to avoid either failed communications when relaying important updates to customers on their orders either during business hours or after hours, and to reduce wrong product shipped due to incorrect material codes or other discrepancies. • Ensure customer pick up orders are scheduled via Transporean system and troubleshoot any issues customer’s may have when scheduling online. • Follow up with Plant Logistics to confirm delivery orders and ensure shipment will deliver to customer in a timely and safe manner. • During billing of the order, work with pricing and sales to accurately have the order at the correct market or deal pricing to eliminate chargebacks and delays on customer’s receiving their invoices. • Enter QNs from customer complaints for any issues that impacted the customer. I would participate in the root cause analysis of the QN and ensure investigation responses provide adequate information to the customer’s corrective action.
