The cost control required me to monitor man hours on jobs to ensure over spending was not an issue whilst we had the appropriate amount of men on the job to complete efficiently and safely.

Due to length of time spent here my responsibilities varied throughout from a standard customer service position through to stock control with different promotions. Although through my time as a customer service worker I was able to help with schedules when managers were off, these responsibilities ranged with the key responsibility being that I had to manage the workforce to ensure there were enough colleagues on the floor throughout the day including at busy times while maintain colleague satisfaction at timing of their breaks
