Like many who consider themselves to be successful personally and professionally, I come from humble beginnings back in central Texas. Beginning my work career spanning over 35 years, I have done everything from swinging a hammer and paint brush, to being a Distribution Supervisor over 300 direct reports in a 750,000' center. I have driven trucks, managed a couple of restaurants, managed a freezer back in Georgia, managed an electrical sales and distribution branch in Salt Lake City, and managed operations for a regional souvenir distributor in Mesa, AZ, fished semi-pro back in Texas, and have even ridden bulls in the rodeo when I was a much younger man. My greatest achievements, both personally and professionally, stem from an unquenchable thirst to learn new things, improving myself and those around me. My goal has always been, and always will be, to set the bar high for myself and those around me and to lead and inspire through action and excellence at any level. One of my favorite quotes that has served me well my entire career, both professionally and personally, is by Viktor E Frankl who said "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves."
