• Primary support for Neonatology department (~250 systems), including day-to-day support and deploying departmental upgrades to operating systems and backup solutions. Achieved and maintained 100% encryption compliance for department, including the prioritization of HIPAA and security compliance by the department management.• Built, maintained and administered OS X servers to act as new Macintosh DeployStudio imaging and deployment solution for IRT and as base for GSX tools for local hardware diagnostics; currently scaling system for use by entire School of Medicine.• Re-architected deployment solution for new Macs as part of school-wide laptop encryption project in 2013, including multiple new images for DeployStudio.• Supervised and facilitated department transition to Office 365 mail and calendaring from prior Zimbra implementation.• Transitioned Neonatology from local server to a Secure IGFS solution to replace local file sharing services. Subsequently transitioned from IGFS to Box for secure file-sharing.• Developed assessment program for evaluating Macintosh skill set of incoming support staff.• Part of field support re-engineering program; worked with team to consolidate desktop support by geographic location rather than department.• Implemented Apple Remote Desktop as first-line support option for remote support of Neonatology and other Mac systems.
