Ensuring that all policies are kept up to date on changes within the business. Reporting key updates to HR manager.

Executes weekly payroll for the store ensuring accuracy at all times. Proven track record of deliveringresults to timescale, and supporting the team to meet targets and keep in line procedures. Maintains an accurate and confidential HR and payroll administration service to the store, safeguarding both personal and electronic file information for all staff. Works effectively with all House of Fraser teammembers and Brand Partners to achieve service excellence. Resolves all payroll complaints or querieseffectively face to face or on the telephone to ensure and maintain loyalty.

Managing the overall concession, meeting and exceeding targets through high standards of performance. Developing and optimising maximum results for the concession being sales driven.Finalising weekly trade reports.
