As a Documentation Assistant, I demonstrated my data entry and documentation expertise, contributing to various projects such as ICT teaching module writing, Excell data entry, and SPSS processing and evaluation. I collaborated with diverse stakeholders, delivered high-quality work, and adhered to strict deadlines and standards. I also leveraged my communication training to effectively convey complex information and instructions to different audiences.Prior to that, I worked as an ICT Support Specialist at USIU-Africa, where I mastered inventory management, computer repair, and system troubleshooting. I provided reliable and timely technical support to staff and students, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. I also applied my human capital management skills to coordinate and supervise a team of technicians, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Mount Kenya University, where I also obtained my Diploma in Business Information Technology in 2021. My goal is to advance my career in the ICT field, and utilize my skills and experience to create positive impact and value.
