I was an assistant to the store manager and am assigned certain departments to supervise to monitor sales and inventory and lead the members of those departments. I have conducted interviews for new hires and ensured all employees are up to date on all training. I have also assisted Human Resources with daily duties by monitoring punches and time off requests along with other daily duties.

I was in charge of 300 employees and over saw the running of the Human Resource departments in 3 stores. I handled the hiring, interviewing, recruiting, payroll, benefits, orientations, personnel files, training, disciplinary actions, annual reviews, pay increases, terminations, job fairs, worker's comp, leave of absences, FMLA, short term disability, long term disability, and unemployment claims. I am familiar with state and federal labor laws. I have been then manager on duty and person in charge.

I was the manager of the office and oversaw the running of the office and all of the Human Resources. I performed the hiring, training, scheduling, orientations, personnel file and upkeep, recruiting, client files, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, disciplinary action, leave of absences, FMLA, benefits, worker's comp, unemployment claims, and labor laws. I managed a team of 6 indivuals.
