Management and Financial Accounting- Preparation of the monthly management accounts for the Enterprise division of NGA Africa- Client & Project profitability analysis- Creation of Budgets and Forecasts and validating the projections from the Enterprise manager- Variance analysis of Actual to Budget to Forecasted results- Project cost control and revenue accounting for local and global services rendered on Enterprise specific projects including the global SABMiller project. - Consultant’s Time and Travel are the major costs on any Enterprise project. By ensuring that the consultant time and expenses are manager approved and legitimate, accurately recorded and allocated against the correct projects, an accurate analysis of project profitability may be maintained. - This analysis also allows for the identification of unbilled or unaccrued revenue, especially around travel, and ensures that expenses are billed and recouped from clients and not absorbed by NGA Africa- Debtor Analysis- Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending relevant solutionsRisk Management & Control- Risk Management committee member- Identification of risks specific to the Enterprise business unit and other areas of the business that affect the Enterprise business unit- Recommendation of controls for identified risks Show less
