Implemented plan to achieve 95% of target suppliers to RCCP Standard.Reduced Lead Time from 82 to 17 days with strategic supplier whose materials are used in 95% of the products produced through Supplier Development. Increased availability and Reduced Inventory exposure, (and obsolescence risk), by c.$300K. Achieved by implementing an intelligent process to review sub-component safety stock levels.Planned New Initiatives with suppliers and Initiatives team, validate that the volume and timings can be met to enable the new products to be launched on time. Trained the full materials team in preparation for the new COTY SAP system. Resulting in all Material Planners trained in SAP and ready for day 1.Led the Phase out / Phase in of new materials following pack changes. Obsolescence reduction from $250K to $50K on one project alone.Created Master Data checking tools, to check c.10,000 line of master data are aligned, resulting in correct system behaviour for SAP order generation.Used SAP, E2Open and Microsoft Office daily.

Simplified processes; New Material Code Set up, Supplier Standardisation across the P&G sites, Supplier handover sheet, Time Map for material constraints.
