Reconcile monthly wholesale shipments versus charges in accounting system and research any discrepancies.-Process credit card payments for wholesale customers on a daily basis.-Prepares daily bank deposit and process daily cash applications-Researches and resolves unallocated cash, chargebacks, short payments, and deductions from customers.-Contact past due account holders and maintain AR aging as current as possible.-Rebuttal credit card disputes and manage credit card chargebacks.-Assist on processing wholesale customer credit applications.-Assist in financial management and analysis, as requested.
