• Provided strategic oversight of NEPA and SEPA process and documentation, and conducted SEPA analysis of new 144 car vessels. Conducted environmental review of Ferries system plan.
• Researched, championed and secured over 4 million dollars in state and federal grant funding in support of program initiatives. Promoted fuel conservation investment through state and regional planning processes.

• Facilitated the creation of a new Department of Environment and a ten-year Strategic Development Plan for the sub-area, Sozoranga. Led/facilitated community members in policy development, establishment of goals.
• Trained staff and development committees in project design, project management, project financing, budgeting, annual planning and annual plan evaluation.
• Develop trail and facilities plans, and educational materials, for Podocarpus National Park and private parks.
• Established and managed a new environmental NGO. Taught proposal development and project reporting, facilitated strategic planning workshops, and secured federal grant funding for reforestation efforts.
• Collaborated with local NGOs on the development of a country plan for implementing the U.N. Global Environment Fund’s Small Grants Program for Palau.

• Managed environmental projects. Responsible for budgeting, scope of work development, marketing, agency and tribal consultation, ESA consultation, research, analysis, NEPA and SEPA documentation, permitting and on-site.
• Assessed aquatic and wildlife habitat, threatened and endangered species impacts and wetland impacts. Designed wetlands and streams mitigation, and mentored junior biologists.
