Role Summary:I am responsible for the management of a Field Sales team of 9 in the North WestMy responsibilities include the effective motivation, development and organisation of the sales team, to achieve sales, margin and new business targets across their territory. Key responsibilities include:• Recruit and retain the best talent for the team.• Support and guide the development of team members, to reach their full potential through achievement of sales, margin and new & reactivated business targets.• Monitor and review team and individual performance on a daily and on-going basis through monthly one to one meetings and appraisals on an annual basis• Deliver ongoing training in monthly sales meetings, demonstrating exceptional presentation skills, to ensure the team have required skill, knowledge and attitude to be a success.• Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, i.e. absence information, payroll information, KPI's, etc.
