Providing UX design and consulting services to various freelance client projects.

Supporting in-house marketing teams by creating visual communications related to recruitment, outreach, and events. Leading design of social media content (banners, video, and photography), online flyers, and concert/event posters. Additional independent creative work including CD jacket design, and other personal branding assets.

Taught courses in performance and pedagogy for students from first-year through doctoral-level students. Responsible for planning concert events which included oversight of curation/programming, logistics management, and digital promotion.Initiated and led the redesign of new audition day recruiting strategy that included a UX overhaul. This upgrade lead to a dramatic increase in the yield of targeted students. Served on the design committee for the multi-million dollar Brehm Pavilion, collaborating with architects and acousticians to optimize student experience (SX) in the new percussion facility. This work included research and identification of user pain points, including room sizes, lack of flexibility, and acoustic sound/bleed issues, while working to mitigate those in the new design. Led Percussion Studio direct marketing/digital recruiting efforts which included the complete UX and UI design of an independent domain website and creation and management of all percussion studio social media accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook). These efforts led to a 900% increase in social media followers over a period of 3 years.
