I developed a passion for computers and technology through building my own home lab, which helped me to achieve the CompTIA A+ certification. I am skilled in troubleshooting, basic networking, computer hardware and software and basic cybersecurity. I've been active in several online IT support groups for several years now.I started Parton Tech Help in 2020 as I began studying for the CompTIA A+ certification, to begin utilizing the knowledge I was acquiring and assist my community. Small scale, local tech support with a customer focused approach and empathy.Currently the co-owner of Parton Painting, I work with my Dad on residential painting and remodeling projects. As a small business owner, I have learned that multi-tasking and customer service are essential to success. I excel in communication, especially the subtle nuances of emotional intelligence and dealing with people from a variety of backgrounds. Using active listening to truly understand the client's needs establishes great relationships.My written communication is excellent, with one of my hobbies being creative writing. Being a father of two has enhanced my sense of responsibility and self-discipline. I enjoy gaming, watching soccer and reading. I am a lead by example type, believing that personal integrity is the key to life. I am well respected by all of my peers, mainly because of the way I carry myself and the respect I offer to others.
