My core background has been in delivering effective programmes of brand building not only via PR, but also through many of the other tools at the disposal of the marketing professional. My experience has covered not only world-leading brands, but also retail and category management, through digital communications, direct mail, advertising and direct liaison with customers. I don't pretend to be a specialist in every discipline, but I do know lots of experts and can effectively harness their skills to deliver positive results.My experience has been gained over more than 20 years of working with some of the biggest brands and companies globally. These businesses include Procter & Gamble, Coca Cola Enterprises, Diageo, General Mills, Birds Eye, Adams Foods, Burger King, Kraft Foods/Mondelez and many others. I have a passion for successful communications and management programmes – and I am fully committed to delivering the best results for clients, both through the effective management of my teams, and my own personal commitment to their success.Sitting on senior leadership teams for more than 10 years has given me a clear insight into making businesses run smoothly, and – importantly - what can occasionally derail that process. I believe in the organic growth and development of my teams, leading by example, and motivating individuals to deliver for me, for the business and for our clients and customers. This staff development approach spans everything from day to day task delivery, through effective budget management to broader strategic problem solving and innovative thinking.
