After graduating from Fresno Pacific University, I obtained a Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California. The legal industry is in constant change with new challenges that have a huge impact on our lives. Being able to navigate the system and provide legal services to individuals has been, and continues to be, a passion of mine. The majority of my work involves representing disabled, elderly individuals - including veterans - before administrative agencies. Both the Social Security Administration and the VA deny disability benefits to deserving people. These people are already in dire situations only to have their government deny them earned benefits. The appeals process can be daunting and dissuades these folks from pursuing their benefits. That's where my office steps in.I also assist families with estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, including advance health care directives.
