I am a Partner at Birkett Long LLP. I am the Head of Intellectual property law. We work with all aspects of intellectual property law: patents, trade marks, registered designs, unregistered design right, copyright, confidentiality, licensing, non-disclosure agreements, collaboration agreements, contracts, assignments and so on. We are highly unusual in the industry in that we operate a full service IP firm in a law firm.Our practice is truly worldwide and we deal with clients of many sizes, from multi-billion dollar companies, through SMEs, all the way to start-ups and university spin-outs in and around London, nationally and overseas.I lecture at various places on intellectual property law.
