My key tasks were,• Managing 8 separate workstreams throughout the duration of the programme and being the central point of contact for the workstream leads to ensure key decisions and deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner.• Taking a key role within the IS workstream to provide the necessary coordination between the organisation to allow the final solution to be achieved within the set timeframe.• Facilitating key discussions with stakeholders from both the ‘Sending’ and ‘Receiving’ organisations.• Owning the and maintaining the Programme Plan• Owning and maintaining the Programme Risk & Issue Logs• Assist the programme manager in creating required papers for Corporate & Board meetings on a monthly basis.• Attending the monthly Task & Finish Groups and presenting key information to senior stakeholders.• Completing highlight reports for the programme on behalf of the Programme Manager.• Arrange & facilitate workstream conference calls, workshops & meetings.• Liaise with the finance department to confirm spend allocated against the Transition budget on a weekly basis.• Undertake adhoc tasks for the programme manager & workstream leads.
