The new name for the commercial side of a self-run videography business, under the umbrella of Frinin & Bok. F&B Video has its main bases in Bristol and London, but our adaptive approach has lead to us creating content all over the UK. We have worked with international clients in the past, to tight deadlines and budgets and under strict deadlines, but we relish the challenge that such prospects bring. We pride ourself on the amount of growth we receive on word-of-mouth recommendations, the clearest sign that our clients love working for us and that we cultivate a positive, efficient working atmosphere. We have big plans for 2023, so watch this space.

Oversaw entire pre-production and production process of 60-minute TV pilot, with 15-strong cast and 16 locations, shot over 10 days.Screened finished pilot at Cinema 1 in Watershed, to a packed crowd, with overwhelmingly positive audience feedback.Building pitch decks, budgets, scripts and breakdowns with the creative team, in order to raise finance for the full series.

Worked as Production Coordinator for budgeted feature film during pre-production and production. Oversaw industry-size crew for a 5-week shoot, shooting on location in a wide range of areas in the wider Bristol area.Film synopsis: "Steve Knight Is A Working Class Boy From Hartcliffe Estate Who Has His Motorbike Stolen The Day He Buys It. He seeks the help of local ‘fences’, scoundrel friends and his tough-nut brother in the hopes of tracking down the bike before it’s too late."

- Edited a range of content remotely, on a flexible full-time basis- Used a range of online tools, including After Effects and Premiere Pro- Quick turnover and attention-to-detail required, with a large output- Worked from my own initiative, trusted to put out the required work on my own schedule

- Created a range of interviews, podcasts, educational videos and other online content based around nutrition and health.- Built up entire projects from start to finish, not only filming and editing but creating thumbnails, overseeing social media channels and planning releases- Maintained a high quality standard throughout, always keeping to the brand's ethos and style

• Filmed, directed and produced over 20 short interview-based documentaries with entrepreneurs who shared the stories of their struggles and successes. Found locations, conducted interviews and oversaw entire editing process, trimming 25-40-minute interviews into 5-7-minute compelling narratives.

-Taught Social and Emotional learning skills through improvised theatre to state school children around Bristol. Empowered young adults to think critically about how to approach stress, emotional states, self control and more in a fun, engaging manner.- Led many workshops, working with new groups regularly and adapting my approach quickly to each new group.- Built up scenes from scratch through group prep work, collaborating effectively with the team and utilising the lessons learned in the classroom sessions.- Applied my own theatrical training built over several years effectively.

- Developed a complex educational video for Mind charity about suicide awareness from the planning stages to postproduction-Shot and edited the project under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard, adapting a theatre script into a 30-minute educational film- Negotiated deals with musicians whose music was used in the video- Finished piece was shown to schools around the UK.

• Wrote engaging and informative reviews for a host of theatre performances in and around the city, often under extremely short deadlines. • Backed up each review with detailed research and wide knowledge of theatre and the arts, resulting in balanced, fair and informed analyses. • Interviewed and engaged in discussions with many theatre-makers and artists from around the country, gaining valuable insights and building my networking skills.

• Assisted the director in writing rehearsal notes, corresponding with arts organisations, creating timetables and budget charts and building the company’s online presence. • Ran workshops and group rehearsals both alongside director and lead by myself, including workshops on Forum and improv theatre, with groups of wide ranging ages and abilities. • Carried out constant research to inform production choices and company decisions. Took part in booking venues, gathering props and costume and assisting with the general running of the company. • Aided the director in ensuring an efficient, organised and inspired production process, working towards a successful run of theatre performances.
