I have worked for my family business for the last 13 years. During that time I have trained multiple new hires on the daily workload. I have progressed through the ranks to a Senior Manager over the last few years. I now lead a team of eight employees. I have face to face interaction with customers daily which has helped grow my customer service skills. I started college in 2015 to continue to develop my entrepreneurial skills and business acumen. I earned my Associate's degree from Rowan College of Burlington County in 2017 and then immediately began my Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration at Rutgers University. I am currently working full time while attending college and expect to graduate in 2019. With the additional skills I am continuing to learn in college I hope to become an employee in the finance industry upon graduation. Where I would like to come in as an entry level accountant and work my way up to a management position.
