CSFG ENGINEER under the INTERNET AND MULTIMEDIA SERVICES - Install and commission activities of customer network facilities to ensure compliance to the required limits and parameters set by internationally accepted standard to guarantee the highest operating efficiency of the system- Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of broadband satellite dish and cabling - Conduct preventive maintenance activities of internet backbone, LAN/WAN and remote dial-up circuit facilities of the company- Maintain, configure and administer ISP networking equipment (e.g. routers, switches, hubs and servers)- Maintain and administer Windows 2000 Advance Server, Windows NT 4.0 Server and MS Exchange Server/Client- Implement network management and monitor system for the established network facilities- Implement upgrade of Cisco router IOS and server patches updates- Activation/Deactivation of Services (Direct to Node Access, Bandwidth, Backbone, Broadband and Franchisees/Partners)- Perform proactive testing to regularly check network performance and conduct corrective works if necessary- Configure and troubleshoot Philweb’s Broadband Internet services (Leased Line/Frame Relay and Satellite/VSAT) - Set-up Internet Café for designated site- Computer software and hardware installation, troubleshooting and repair- Serve as an overall project management role on client projects- Provide network consulting for customer and client’s requirements- Responsible in maintaining client relationship by resolving after-sales concerns

MULTI-MEDIA PLANNING ENGINEER under the TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT- Oversee the Internet network requirements and provide advance study for required expansion- Evaluate proposals in relation to the acquisition of various products and network equipment for utilization of Internet infrastructure projects such as Voice over IP, Voice over Frame Relay, Prepaid Card System and Universal Messaging System- Manage schedule and implement activities of upgrading and migrating of VoIP, VoFR, PPCS and Internet system- Prepare engineering studies for the provisions of Voice over Frame Relay, Voice over IP, Prepaid Card System, Voicemail and Internet requirements- Coordinate with different suppliers and distributors requirement on telecommunications equipment and services; evaluate bid proposals and prepare recommendations for the acquisition of equipment- Provide technical support to Marketing and Internet Sales group on new technologies in multimedia application- Prepare business plan and Capital Appropriation Request for the provision of funds for various projects and network requirements

RATES AND TARIFF ENGINEER under the CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT- Gather and analyze technical data e.g. network configuration, diagram and equipment needed for establishing rates and adjustments- Calculate and adjust rates/pricing for all products and services- Meet up with other Carriers requiring company representative- Prepare Cost Manual for the Company- Monitor rates of all services of competitors

JUNIOR COMBINATION TECHNICIAN under the TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT- Install, maintain and repair Telex Machines, Fax Machines, Telephone System, Computers, Pair Gain system and other multiplexer for Voice and Data Communication and Transmission System- Troubleshoot electronic devices such as CPU’s, power supply & modems- Install terminals and house wirings- Involve in installation, commissioning and maintenance of low and high capacity Microwave Radio Systems
