Responsible for monthly aging of accounts receivable (i.e. Philhealth, Promissory Notes, HMO, Industrial Companies, PCSO). Responsible for the preparation of payment reques for Physicians professional fee. Responsible for the preparation of summary of discrepancies on claims against collection (ledger). Responsible for posting of newly acquired accounts receivable to the Journal Voucher. Responsible for the preparation of schedule of accounts during the yearly financial statement audit.

Responsible for auditing the collection of all cash and acoounts receivable from cashier's reports. In charge for pulling any checked-out guests' registratiom cards, and making sure that guests are checked-out in the system that should be checked-out. Responsible for posting room plus tax charges to their own guests' folio in the system. Responsible for the accuracy of guests' folio, ensuring that the amount posted is the same as the amoung charged in the charge slips from various departments. Responsible for compiling of reports (i.e. total sales for the day, credit card payments details, outside companies' dues or accounts receivable)
