Team Lead, Manila Host Pos Mainframe Retail Development team with 6 members for Retail track Merger Project from 2015 to 2019.Part of the production support group for retail item management, handling item issues for store and supporting mainframe and ISP, and unix/oracle application from June 2019 to Nov 2019.

Worked on various projects under Finance and Accounting department for middleware and back-end development team for Mainframe and PC applications.Has written various documents such as Business Requirements Document, Detailed Design Specification and Production Cutover Plan.Involved from initiation to implementation phase for Mainframe projects.Involved in the recruiting and selection process for the team.

Assigned to client (AIG) as part of the Mainframe SDI Production Support Group.Performed impact analysis,coding, testing and documentation for systems enhancement and development. Provided assistance and resolution for job abends encountered in daily and monthly batch jobs.Assigned as Systems Analyst for various optimization projects for client server applications using stored procedures, VB6, PC COBOL and Sybase as database.Created Systems Requirement Specification (SRS) and Business Requirements Document(BRD).
