I am a property/business entrepreneur, an investor and developer. Since the early 2000’s I have built a multi million pound property portfolio mainly in theSouth of England.I use my time, skills and experience to find great investment opportunities and partner up with other cash rich investors to create a fantastic return on their investment.My main investment strategies have been HMO’s and refurbishment developments.I am now expanding into ‘commercial to residential’ projects. In 2018 I also started an HMO management and lettings business with a vision of developing that into a letting agent managing 500 plus properties.I currently operate in two main sectors of the lettings market.In the student arena I am proud to have vastly improved the standard of private rental accommodation locally with our product offering well furnished, modern, comfortable and safe homes for these young people.Also we service the young professionals market filling a massive demand for quality shared housing at affordable rates. We have really raised the bar in terms of tenant safety, quality of rooms and co-living spaces. We strive to help tenants find a “home’ they love.
